• Walkers of all ages and nationalities with good health conditions are welcome to attend.
• Registration requries valid IDs.
• When to register: January 1^st to April 30^th , 2009 (overseas walkers)
  
• Pre-Registration: For walkers come from overseas、Hongkong、Macao and Taiwan please log in at www.walking.dl.gov.cn/English  to complete the application form and submit it,you will then receive a confirmation email
  

Fees
$40/person, including a brochure, badge, certificate from IML, hat, T-shirt, pins and a reception dinner. Walkers who choose pay in cash please pay after your arrival. Extra charge of 10 dollars are needed for airport pick up service.

30km : Xinghai Plaza-Binhai Road- Fujiazhuang Park -Tiger Beach- Shicao Village-Bangcui Island- Yingbin Road- Linhai Road- Charm of Sea Plaze.

Second Day: · 5km : Xinghai Plaza-Xinghai Park East Gate- Xinghai Plaza (Finish)
10km : Xinghai Plaza-Binhai Road-Fujiazhuang Park-Bird Nest- Tiger Beach Sculpture-Prince Hotel(Finish)

Track and weather conditions

Description of the tracks (road, landscape)
If you come to Dalian by plane, as you fly over the city, look down and you may see what looks like a dancing silk ribbon situated between the southern mountains and the sea. This is the Coastal Road named “Bin Hai Road” in Chinese. It offers a delightful sightseeing route and is one of the must-see attraction of the city.

This road starts from Xinghai Plazain the west and ends at Charm of Sea Plaza, a total of 30km. It is the best hiking and driving route in town; with the mountain on one side, full of beautiful trees and colorful flowers and on the other side steep and rugged cliffs overlooking a vast expanse of calm, blue, misty waves.
Good care
Walkers can use free drinks along the courses. There are several medical care along the road.
You can take some food as your lunch or buy bread/sausage/coffer on the way(only to pay with Chinese Yuan (RMB).
Entertainment
A welcome dinner banquet will hold on Friday evening (16^th, May, 2008) at 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The dinner fee has been contained in 30 US dollar registration fee.
Opening ceremony will be hold in Xinghai Plaze on the first walking day (17^th ,May,2008).

Souvenir - award
A badge and a Walking ceritficate from Dalian Walking Association. Please seal your certificate and IML passport at your route ending. First participation: bronze medal; 5th is silver medal and 10th is gold medal. You can get them at finish place(20km and 30km terminal)
Sanctioned by IML.

Transport
The shuttle bus from Dalian Airport to your hotel(just in Dalian downtown) are available. $10 US dollar for each person. Please write your hotel address\Arrival time\Fight No. clearly on the registration form. We will arrange the bus according your Flight schedule.
