Track and weather conditions
Description of the tracks (road, landscape)
Choose from 10 different Blossom Walks trails ranging from 5, 10, 21,  and 42 that will take you through dozens of beautiful parks, along miles of spectacular waterfront walkways and through many picturesque neighborhoods. There are many refreshment and resting areas along each route which provide walkers complimentary drinks and light snacks.

There will be live entertainment on Friday evening (International Walkers dinner) and on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Weather
The average maximum temperature during the Festival period is 13°C and the average minimum temperature is 6°C.

Souvenir - award
First time participants will receive a commemorative award depicting blossoms of the Yoshino cherry tree. Other participants will receive a maple leaf pin with a numeral to indicate the number of years of participation.

Transport
Victoria is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island in the beautiful province of British Columbia, Canada.

Located 30 minutes from Victoria’s downtown core, Victoria International Airport serves daily flights from Vancouver (BC) International Airport and Seattle-Tacoma (Washington) Airport, as well as direct flights from points throughout Canada and the US.

Victoria is well-connected to mainland British Columbia and Washington State by vehicle and passenger ferries and high-speed catamarans.
Scheduled bus service is available for travel from Vancouver and Seattle to Victoria, as well as to and from other Vancouver Island destinations. Bus travel off the island includes ferry service.

To get to the Festival Start Point from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and the Victoria International Airport: proceed South on Hwy 17 (Blanshard St.), Right on Pandora, Across the Johnson Street Bridge (the Blue Bridge), on to Esquimalt Road, continue to the Archie Browning Sports Centre (on your left).

To get to the Start Point from the Port Angeles ferry: go Left on Belleville, Left on Government Street, Left on Humboldt, which turns into Wharf Street, continue to  the lights at Johnson Street, Left at Johnson Street and across the Johnson Street Bridge (Blue Bridge), on to Esquimalt Road, continue to the Archie Browning Sports Centre.
